Commodore Sloat School is located at 50 Darien Way, at the corner of Ocean Avenue and Junipero Serra Boulevard in San Francisco. The campus features three full playgrounds and expansive gardens, sports blacktop with basketball hoops and tree-lined meditation spaces. There is a fruit orchard and edible teaching garden. The building has four wings, “A pod” through “D pod” and main building with staff offices, multi-purpose lunch room, outdoor picnic tables, and a massive dedicated auditorium with proscenium stage and piano.
